• Dynamic Exploration: Explore the 5Rhythms® - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness - as gateways to understanding and unlocking the depths of the human psyche. And time permitting, we will discuss the shadows of the practice. 

 

Who Should Attend:

This workshop is tailored for therapists, counselors, and healing professionals looking to expand their therapeutic repertoire. No dance experience is required. If you have a body, you can do this class.
