Dear Potential Clients....

Something isn’t working. Perhaps you’re feeling disconnected, stuck, overwhelmed, or defeated. Maybe you’re longing for a more easeful relationship with your body and food, navigating a life transition, or sensing that there is more for you and more of you than feels accessible right now. You’re ready to step into the brave space of looking within for answers rather than seeking them outside yourself. Welcome.

My Philosophy

I believe therapy is an invitation toward healing, a process of returning home to yourself. You already hold the wisdom and capacity needed for that journey. My role is to walk alongside you with deep attention and care as you move toward reclaiming your wholeness.

We all carry stories and beliefs about ourselves and the world shaped by our early relationships, culture, and lived experience. While these patterns once helped us adapt, they can begin to feel limiting, disconnecting us from our fullest selves. Healing unfolds when we turn toward these parts of us with curiosity and compassion.

My Approach

Together, we’ll move gently and curiously toward the places within you that long to be seen, known, and felt, including the parts that feel hardest to face, as well as those that hold vitality and meaning. By cultivating deeper self-awareness and compassion, untangling the patterns that keep you stuck, and expanding your capacity to meet life’s challenges, you may find more space for joy, peace, and connection to flow freely.

My work integrates mind, body, and spirit. Sessions may include:

  • Mindfulness and body-based practices to understand how sensations, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors reveal both your patterns and pathways toward healing

  • Exploring inner “parts” that carry pain, offer protection, and reflect your needs

  • Creative, symbolic, ritual, or movement-based experiences

  • Reflection on early life, relationships, and identities that shape you and your experience of the world

Drawing on the wisdom of your body and your internal and external supports, we’ll experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others, expanding your capacity for authenticity, connection, and alignment with who you truly are.

Who I Work With

I work with adults, teens (14 and up), couples, and families who are:

  • Struggling in their relationship with food or their body, including emotional eating and body image concerns

  • Navigating major life transitions such as premarital preparation, divorce, empty nests, retirement, or elderhood

  • Moving through grief, loss, and change

  • Seeking more ease and honesty in relationships with partners, parents, or adult children

What Comes Next

You are ready to come home to yourself. If something here resonates, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to learn more and see if we are a good fit.
