In a world that constantly pulls our attention away, this workshop invites us back into direct experience through the moving meditation practice of 5Rhythms.
Together we will explore presence, awareness, and embodied attention, not as ideas, but as lived experience.
A practice of returning.
A practice of seeing.
A practice of lifting the gaze.
Prerequisite: None. All workshop hours contribute to 5Rhythms® Teacher Training prerequisites.
Májica Alba is a creative visionary, deeply immersed in the worlds of art, music, and dance, which she uses as therapeutic vehicles daily. Májica is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFC45502) and Accredited 5Rhythms® Teacher.

Full Price for Weekend $350:
I am comfortably able to meet all my basic needs, I am employed or do not need to work, I have access to financial savings and have an expendable income and can afford at least an annual vacation. I may struggle at times, but overall I feel financially comfortable.
