What would happen if you got nothing done today?

If your ‘to do’ list turned into a ‘be’ list?

Can emptiness feel good?

We lose ourselves in the hundred details that keep life in forward motion.  When we're fixing we stop noticing how perfectly right things are. Life’s treadmill can overwhelm us.  When we hop off for a moment, move even just a little bit away, perspective ripens.  Take this opportunity to drop all the doing.  Retreat in the cradle of community for more than a few breaths as we give ourselves collective permission to just be.

Join us in the oak-studded forest of residential Four Springs Retreat Center for three days. Cultivate being with mandala-making and 5Rhythms® dance.  Harbin Hot Springs is right next door...big invitation to soak all day Friday before we begin.

Friday at 6:30pm to Sunday at 1pm

$425 Before March 15th, $525 After. Food & Lodging Included.

We will be nestled in the woods of Lake County at the Four Springs Retreat Center.

85 miles from San Fransisco & 100 miles from Sacramento.

There are beautiful cabins in the woods to retreat to, and a tranquil dance room.

Cabins and facilities offer simple comfort and seclusion on 280 forested acres.

First registered participants receive priority sleeping arrangements.

Rooms vary from shared cabin with walkable & shared bath, to private cabin with private bath.

If more accommodations are needed, we may open tent sites.

From the Four Springs website:

"Additional buildings house a library, a seminar room, a meditation room and an art studio. There is a swimming pool with a covered cabana and fireplace, a large grape arbor on stone pillars that is a delightful outdoor meeting area, a creek-side sauna and hiking trails through 280 acres of forest graced by natural springs and Hoodoo Creek."

"Our clear, refreshing water comes from natural springs on the retreat.

The lodge, cabins, art and meditation buildings, library and seminar room, together with pool, grape arbor, meadows and trails create a sanctuary that is removed from daily distractions. Four Springs offers nourishment to the soul, and the space and time to discern inner possibilities that otherwise go unnoticed.

We welcome your discovery of this remarkable place, known by people around the world as an inspirational setting for reflection, study and personal transformation."
