The 5Rhythms® Heartbeat map is a path to understanding how the energies of the heart are transformed. We work directly with each emotion associated with its rhythm. The investigation is focused on how these energies come into us, move through us and transform us into more powerful and resilient human beings. In we Flowing dance with fear and courage. In Staccato we dance with anger and forgiveness. In Chaos we dance with grief, and surrender into emptiness. In Lyrical we dance in joy and generosity. In Stillness we dance in compassion and connection.
Prerequisite: Three 5Rhythms® Waves classes are required prior to attendance.
All workshop hours contribute to 5Rhythms® Teacher Training prerequisites.
Facilitator:
Lucia Horan was born into the family of the 5Rhythms®. She has been dancing with Gabrielle Roth from the time of her birth. Lucia was born and raised in the community of Esalen Institute, in Big Sur, CA. She was certified to teach the 5Rhythms in 1998. She is recognized as an international teacher of the 5Rhythms practice and was a faculty member of 5Rhythms Global. www.luciahoran.com

CANCELLATION POLICY:
14 Days in advance: $75 cancellation fee.
No refunds less than 14 days from the start of the workshop.
Any paid fees, minus $75 can be applied to a future workshop.
COVID
It is understood that we are all participating at our own risks. Some people will be fully vaccinated and some will not. You will be asked to take a rapid Antigen or PCR test the day of arrival. You are welcome to wear a mask, and regulate your own safety needs. If you feel sick before coming, we ask that you not come for everyone's sake. And please let us know if you become sick after the event, so we can do our due diligence.
